Growing South Australia’s Companies is a high-value, world-class program that enables CEOs/MDs and executives to identify opportunities, overcome business challenges and drive competitive advantage.

Program Overview

The Government of South Australia is fully subsidising the Assessment Clinics (normally $5,000 excl GST) and partially subsidising the Growth Modules (normally $38,250 excl GST) to $10,000 (excl GST) for companies with headquarters located in South Australia. Businesses must also meet the standard eligibility requirements for our programs; small and medium sized companies with between 5 – 199 full-time employees who are experiencing growth and are looking to reach the next stage.

    For the CEO/MD: A comprehensive one-day Clinic where CEOs/MDs of companies with 5* - 199 full time employees, who are ready to grow their company, can learn from Growth Experts who have started, grown and exited their own companies. Learn about what happens during growth, the CEO/MDs' changing role, and how to fast track growth.

  2. Growth Modules

    For the CEO/MD and executive team: An intensive set of three, three-day modules, spaced three to four months apart, where CEOs/MDs and at least two members of their executive team work together and develop shared knowledge and skills around how to build an organisation that can sustain growth.
